Reservation

Describes the settings for reservations and parked receipts per cash register, location, or globally.

Under Assignment → Reservation, the settings for reservations and parked receipts can be defined per cash register, per location, or for all cash registers.

Field Description
Type defines the type of setup; Reservation and Parked Receipt are available
Location defines the location
Cash Register defines the cash register number
Post Transfer indicates whether a transfer should be posted during the transaction
Receipt Type Description allows a separate label for printing the reservation/parked receipt
Transfer Location defines the location to which stock should be transferred
Duration defines the reservation duration (date formula),
if no date is specified, the cashier must enter the expiration date during reservation
