Most of the facilities in the General tab are part of the Business Central Standard module. The following describes the facilities that belong to BE-terna Project.
Share Type Origin Codes
In the list of share type origin codes, price shares are provided with the corresponding origin codes. This can be used in accounting for account determination and related evaluation.
Project Journal Templates
A journal in Business Central causes data to be permanently stored in an entry. It is therefore a manual template for posting data. When you post the journal, the information is transferred to accounts in ledger entries and cannot be changed.
In the project journal templates, additional templates can be created and their behavior can be controlled. If the check mark “Is project posting document type” is activated, this template is defined as a different document. At the same time, the indicator “Buch.-blatt nicht autom. Count up” must be activated.
BE-Crafts User Settings
At this point, each user is set how documents should behave when opened. On the one hand, the default view can be preset when opening. In addition, it is possible to set whether the details of the receipt are displayed when opened. Finally, the behavior when checking out the document can be defined.
