Overview of Mobile Logistics.

This guide walks you through the key processes and functions of the BE-terna Reactor Mobile Logistics app. The app enables efficient warehouse activities on mobile devices.

Supported logistics documents

The module supports the following warehouse activities:

  • Warehouse put-away
  • Warehouse pick
  • Warehouse movement
  • Put-away
  • Pick
  • Transfer

Setting up the module

To use the module, you need our Reactor Client and the BE-terna Reactor Platform Core app (AppSource). Please refer to the help page in the BE-terna Reactor Platform Core app AppSource listing to obtain and install the client, or contact us if you need assistance.

To use the module, add it from AppSource to your Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment. You can then adapt the app to your needs. Search for “BE-Mobile Fusion Setup” in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and use the settings in the “Logistics” FastTab.

Opening the module

To access logistics activities:

Sign in to open the main menu. Go to the Logistics section. Select the “Activities” tile to display and manage warehouse activities.

Selecting a warehouse activity

Navigating warehouse activities:

After selecting the “Activities” tile, a list of open warehouse activities is displayed. Select a warehouse activity:

Tap to select an entry manually. Scan the warehouse activity type + code. See BE-Mobile Fusion Setup -> Warehouse -> Warehouse document regex (for example, for a warehouse pick: “2#PI000001”).

(Optional) Use the buttons at the top to narrow the results by activity type.

Processing a warehouse activity

First select a warehouse activity, as described above. A list of warehouse activity lines is displayed.

You can filter the lines using the buttons at the top. The available filters may vary depending on the selected activity type.

Switch between open and outstanding lines. Filter by take or place activity. Select a warehouse activity line:

Tap a line to select it manually. Scan the item number to select the corresponding line.

Editing a warehouse activity line

Select a warehouse activity line, as described above. Enter the quantity. Select or scan a bin code. For items with item tracking, scan the serial or lot number. After processing all lines, the system prompts you to post or register the activity. You can also post or register an activity partially.
