NOS Dispo
NOS Dispo is the module for periodic replenishment planning of NOS (Never-Out-of-Stock) items in BE-terna Fashion. It enables buyers to determine order quantities per colour and period based on historical sales, depot quantities, and a planning factor, identify shortfalls early, and keep released planning documents up to date automatically.
The module supports the following functional areas:
- Planning document — Header-driven document with item, colour, and vendor filters, planning type, and period settings
- Planning matrix — Matrix view across colours/variants and periods with historical data, depot, corrections, planned order quantity, and inventory projection
- Shortfall analysis — Automatic detection of negative closing inventory values within a configurable coverage horizon
- NOS size keys — Distribution keys for splitting planned colour quantities to variant level
