Support for public tenders
BE-terna Project offers the possibility to export the forms 221, 222 and 223 (formerly EFB) to Excel for third parties, which are often required in public tenders. As a rule, no manual post-processing is necessary. If it does, the processing takes place on the first Excel sheet. The function EFB 221 – 223 is located in the document in the navigation menu under Reports and again Reports.
If overhead costs were worked with in the document, these are transferred to the line “of which general business costs”. If overhead costs were not used in the calculation of the order, these values can be entered in the yellow rows in the generated Excel. The other spreadsheets will then update automatically.
In the orange fields, the values from the document are copied. No entries need to be made here. The values for the ochre fields are taken from the setup.
