Functional focus
Rating entries
Rating entries document every individual assessment of a criterion. They show which grade was assigned, when the rating was captured, and from which process or audit it originated.
Rating reviews
Rating reviews show the historical overall results of vendor evaluation. This helps you see which classification a vendor achieved in which period and how the rating has developed over time.
Vendor rating report
The vendor rating report is the central result report of Vendor Rating. It consolidates the results of a vendor for a defined period and clearly shows how the overall result is built from main criteria and subcriteria.
At the end of the report, the total score, percentage result, and automatically calculated classification are brought together. An additional manual classification can also be considered when it is maintained.
Outcome
- Individual ratings, historical reviews, and the overall result remain traceable in one system.
- Vendor performance can be evaluated and compared transparently.
- The reports provide a reliable basis for measures and vendor discussions.
