Worker Time Registration

Purpose

Worker time registration supports recording time and quantities directly in the production flow. Workers can sign in at a terminal or machine, view released operations, start and stop setup or run times, and transfer the recorded data into the output journal.

In the standard process, time and quantities are entered afterwards through consumption, output, or production journals. BE-terna Manufacturing adds a dedicated worker interface so that starting time, ending time, quantity, location, bin, and where required item tracking can be captured closer to the actual production process.

Area: Worker Time Registration

This section contains five detail pages:

  • Role Center explains the reduced worker workspace and activation through My Settings.
  • Setup describes worker master records, dimensions, authentication, password, PIN, and filters.
  • Registration guides users through sign-in, starting operations, stopping, correction, location and bin, item tracking, and transfer into the journal.
  • History shows archived entries, output journal, capacity ledger entries, and item ledger entries after posting.
  • Administration brings together ongoing maintenance and control tasks for key users or team leaders.

Result

  • Workers can sign in with number and password or with PIN.
  • Released operations are shown according to work center group, work center, and department filters.
  • Start and stop times are stored as time registration entries and can be corrected before transfer.
  • The final posting step can still be controlled through the output journal.
