History
Purpose
After registration and transfer, the data must be reviewed, posted, and traceable afterwards. Archived entries, the output journal, capacity ledger entries, and item ledger entries support this follow-up.
View Archived Entries
All posted time registrations can be shown through Archived Entries.
The archive helps trace which time registrations have already been processed.
Review the Output Journal
Worker registrations are transferred into the Output Journal. There, they can be reviewed and posted.
Before posting, review especially:
- production order number and operation,
- date and calculated quantity or time,
- location code and bin code,
- item tracking for tracked items,
- responsibility for final posting.
Review Capacity and Item Ledger Entries
After posting, the resulting entries can be checked on the posted production order.
Capacity ledger entries show the posted work. For tracked items, item ledger entries contain the assigned serial, lot, or package information.
Result
After review and posting, worker times are not only processed in the journal, but also traceable in archived entries and ledger entries. This makes it possible to follow the path from terminal registration to posted production reporting.
