AI-Supported Functions (Copilot)

Copilot functions in Business Central.

Copilot is the AI-supported assistant that helps unlock creativity, increase productivity, and eliminate tedious tasks. Copilot in Business Central is the world’s first AI-supported assistant for all industries. With Copilot in Business Central, small and medium-sized companies support their employees with intuitive AI tools that increase creativity and save time.

Copilot is available exclusively for Business Central Online. It is therefore not available for other deployment types, such as “on-premises” or “private cloud”.

All Copilot and agent features are enabled by default when they are made available as preview features or become generally available. On the Copilot and agent capabilities page, you can deactivate or reactivate individual features for all users.
