In <strong>Time Recording Users</strong>, administrators can also configure the calendar view and the administrator setting.</p> <h2 id="record-time-in-the-worksheet">Record time in the worksheet</h2> <p>Open <strong>Time Recording BDE</strong>, and then select the employee number. Enter the following information for each line:</p> <ul> <li>Registration date</li> <li>Start and end time</li> <li>Break start and end time</li> <li>Work type and description</li> <li>Project, project document, and document line</li> <li>Milestone and task number, if applicable</li> <li>Dimensions</li> </ul> <p>The net time is calculated from the duration and break. The worksheet shows only time and absence entries that have not yet been posted.</p>
