Activities

In the Activities section, there are tiles in which thresholds can be set up to ensure a faster overview of certain metrics. To do this, you can click on the arrow next to Activities. Then a selection opens with Update Data and Set Up Batch. If you click on Set up stack, the page for stacking setup opens. This refers to the arrangement of the tiles.

Search the system

General Search

In the Role Center, the search button is located at the top right of the window.

Clicking on the button opens an input window. Search terms can be entered in this window. The system suggests actions, pages, reports, etc. to match the search term.

Search for records

If you want to search for specific records in the areas of addresses, projects, articles or maintenance, the Search action can be used.

The Role Center represents the home screen in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central. The look and feel design of the Microsoft Office product range ensures simple and intuitive operation.

The Role Center is divided into different areas:

Current client
Explore business features
Bookmark
Business Insights
Direct Call Actions
Activities/Key Figures
“tell-me” search function and settings

The client name is located at the top left of the window and shows the user which client he is currently in.
