Release notes for Fashion Core version 28.2.0.

Overview

With version 28.2.0, BE-terna Fashion is being expanded in the areas of master data management, warehouse processes, price management, and electronic invoice processing. In addition, the release improves usability, increases transparency in warehouse processes, and fixes numerous errors in order to further increase the stability and reliability of the system.

New Features

Master Data

Central Management of Number Series

With a new extension, number series can be managed centrally for Fashion-specific processes. This makes configuration clearer and easier to administer.

Extended Customer Management

The customer list was extended with additional Fashion and EDI functions, making the management of electronic business processes easier.

More Flexible Master Data

The setup of item master data and categories was extended and supports additional configuration options for Fashion-specific master data.

Purchasing

Support for Electronic Invoices (PEPPOL)

The processing of electronic invoices was extended. Relevant item data such as GTIN and item references are now automatically considered for electronic invoicing.

Sales

Improved Price Management

Price management was made clearer. Price notifications can be edited more easily and status changes are displayed more consistently.

Improved Release of Sales Orders

When releasing sales orders, additional checks are now carried out to better comply with location-specific requirements.

Warehouse & Logistics

Visualization of Collections

Collections now provide a graphical overview that summarizes quantities and values by color variant, allowing a faster overview.

Improved Warehouse Shipments

The creation and processing of warehouse shipments was extended and simplified. Warehouse shipments can now be created directly from sales orders and users receive a better overview when multiple shipments exist.
