New Features
Purchasing
Improved Validation of Purchase Invoices
The validation of purchase invoice amounts has been aligned more closely with the Business Central standard. In the future, validation will be carried out via the corresponding settings in vendor and purchasing setup.
This makes the validation more transparent and centrally controllable.
Optimized Vendor and Transport Processes
Vendor and transport processes were extended to better support individual process variants. This especially improves scenarios in which vendor, transport, or order information is processed automatically.
Clearer Intercompany Fields
Labels and help texts for intercompany order fields were revised. As a result, users can better recognize which information is expected in these fields and how it is used in the process.
Logistics and Warehouse
Support for DHL Shipping Labels
This release extends support for DHL shipping labels, including customs processing. This allows DHL shipping processes to be integrated more effectively into existing workflows.
Improved Quality Inspection and Inventory Management
The functions around quality inspection and inventory management were extended. The goal is better traceability of inventory and more stable processing in quality-relevant warehouse processes.
Improved Location Information
Location descriptions and behavior in label management were extended. In addition, notes were added to the inventory matrix so that the logic of active locations can be understood more easily.
Extended Mobile Device Picking
Mobile device-supported picking was extended and the user interface was adjusted. This provides better support for mobile warehouse processes.
Inventory Management and Planning
New Module for NOS Planning
With the new module for NOS planning, planning processes for never-out-of-stock items can be supported more specifically. This improves the control of items that should always be available.
Improved Inventory Matrix
The inventory matrix was improved in several areas. These include clearer notes on active location logic and corrections in the processing of “Keep in Stock” quantities.
Improved Physical Inventory Processing
The processing of physical inventory data was optimized. This improves consistency in quantity calculations and reduces errors in inventory-related processes.
Sales
Extended Report Selection for Sales Documents
Fashion-specific values were added to the custom report selection for sales processes. This allows sales documents to be output more reliably with the appropriate layouts and information.
Improved Replacement Order Processing
The creation of replacement orders, especially from return processes, was stabilized. This means downstream sales processes are supported more reliably.
Items and Master Data
Extended Item Variant Card
The item variant card was extended with additional information, including:
- Size
- Size run
- Color
- Weight
This makes important variant-specific information available in a more central place.
Improved Model Card
The model card was improved in the presentation and visibility of individual areas. This makes maintenance easier and improves clarity.
Improved Field Labels and Help Texts
Several field labels and tooltips were revised, especially in location and setup areas. This makes system fields easier to understand and reduces operating errors.
Permissions and Roles
New Permissions for Accountant Roles
The role and permission structure was extended. In addition, permission sets for accountants were added so that users with accounting tasks can be assigned more suitable permissions.
Improvements and Optimizations
More Stable Warehouse Documents and Warehouse Entries
Warehouse receipt pages and related processes were cleaned up and standardized. The determination of receipt and shipment lines was also aligned more closely with the Business Central standard.
More Accurate Inventory and Quantity Calculations
Several calculations related to inventory, picking, and warehouse processes were improved. This increases the reliability of displayed quantities and reduces discrepancies in operational processes.
Optimized Picking Proposals
The calculation and display of picking proposals were improved. This includes corrections to status values, percentage displays, and quantity calculations.
Improved Drag-and-Drop and Multi-Upload Processes
The multi-upload and drag-and-drop processes for documents were stabilized. Missing document assignments are thus better avoided.
Clearer Terminology in the Warehouse Process
On the warehouse receipt scan page, the designation EAN was changed to GTIN. This ensures a more technically accurate designation in the scanning process.

Technical Improvements
This release contains various technical optimizations to improve maintainability, performance, and extensibility. These include:
- additional extension points for warehouse, ordering, and planning processes
- standardized internal structures in order and page management
- more efficient checks for data queries
- cleanup of object permissions that are no longer needed
- preparation for the gradual removal of obsolete objects and functions
These changes improve the technical foundation of the solution, but generally have no direct impact on daily operation.
Notes on Deprecated Functions
Some older functions and objects were marked as obsolete and will be removed in a future version. These include, among other things, older validation mechanisms, pages, and functions that are no longer needed.
For users, this generally does not result in any immediate need for action. If custom processes or extensions are affected, the changeover should be reviewed as part of regular update planning.
