Release 27.5.0
Overview
This update for BE-terna Fashion improves transparency in purchasing and sales processes in particular, simplifies document workflows, and optimizes warehouse processes. In addition, several stability improvements were implemented to make work in the system more reliable and efficient.
Purchasing
Tracking of the Original Ordered Quantity
In purchase documents, the originally ordered quantity is now automatically stored. Even if quantities are adjusted later, the originally ordered quantity remains visible. This makes it easier to:
- trace quantity changes
- align with vendors
- analyze order changes.
Automatic Price Synchronization in Purchase Lots
For items ordered within a lot, prices can now be synchronized automatically. If the price of one item changes, the following can also be updated automatically:
- cost prices
- sales prices
- label prices
This reduces manual maintenance effort and ensures consistent prices within a lot.
Sales
Reference to Blanket Orders in Sales Orders
Sales order lines can now refer directly to a blanket order. This makes it easier to see:
- from which blanket order an order originated
- which agreements with the customer form the basis.
Warehouse & Logistics
Faster Inventory Inquiries
Processing of warehouse movements has been optimized. As a result, inventory inquiries and warehouse-related processes can be executed faster.
More Stable Warehouse Processes
Several improvements ensure more stable operations in the warehouse, including:
- more reliable processing in shipping and scanning processes
- correct calculation of label quantities in certain warehouse configurations.
Items & Replenishment
Faster Navigation Between Related Documents
From Item Distribution, it is now possible to navigate directly to the resulting:
- purchase orders
- transfer orders
This makes it easier to trace follow-up processes.
Process Chains
Improved Automation
The process chain workflow was expanded and automated. Among other things, the following are now filled automatically:
- recipients from item master data
- default quantities
- expected goods receipt and shipment dates.
This reduces manual data entry effort.
Additional Optimizations
In addition, various improvements were implemented to:
- increase system stability
- accelerate processes
- improve usability in individual areas.
