    • for specific/all languages

Text Capture

Text Capture (Item)

  • Capture of header-line structure
  • Marking in which documents the text should be used
  • Marking of the position (header, line, footer)
  • Text editor for continuous text capture

Text Capture/Insertion (Sales Order)

  • Text modules can be retrieved and/or displayed and edited via the menu
  • Through the BC standard indicator for “Automatic Text Modules”, texts are automatically retrieved when, for example, the item no. is validated
  • Texts that are manually entered after the first retrieval are not deleted when the texts are retrieved again (by function or automatic validation)

Inserting Text Modules

  • The automatic retrieval and insertion of the texts follows the BC standard principle
