Customer view and checks

EDI and delivery call-offs

Releases 39.2 and 39.3 cover inbound messages and Azure File Storage handling. Check partner line, message type, partner-line message location, and the technical storage account permission. For VDA4938 delivery call-offs with a from/to date, the date code must be processed as a week-from/to value so lines are not combined unintentionally.

Sales and dispatch control

Releases 39.4, 39.7, 39.10, and 39.11 improve sales order pages, dimension transfer, delivery call-offs, weights, and shipping orders. Check customer, country/region code, dimensions, call-off date type, transport header, and unloading points before posting the warehouse shipment or creating the VDA4922 report.

Loading units, packaging structures, and mixed pallets

Releases 37.11, 37.12, 39.8, 39.9, and 39.12 cover packages, mixed pallets, goods tags, and warehouse-shipment posting.

  • Master data: Check singles, masters, accessories, packaging structures, packaging identifiers, addresses, and the assignment to the sales order.
  • Process: Register mixed pallets only after checking their contents and sales orders. After partial posting, posted package assignments must remain available for labels and goods tags.
  • Weights: For split mixed pallets, gross weight is distributed across the participating sales shipments; check the transport header and shipment before dispatch.

Purchasing and cost processes

Release 39.6 allows a custom input order for freight and packaging costs. Maintain the cost types and check line numbering when inserting new costs between existing positions.

Release without customer functionality

Release 39.5 contains no customer-relevant functional changes, so no new setup is required.
